Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order anytime prior to dispatch. We reserve the rights to cancel your order anytime prior to dispatch.


Delivery
Orders will normally be dispatched within 7 working days after order is received (excluding weekends and bank holidays) Please allow up to 21 days for the delivery of your order. Delivery to Mainland UK only.


Refunds
Refunds will be made only to items returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will only apply to items purchased that have been delivered broken, not the colour/fragrance ordered or if the wrong item has been delivered. Refunds will be made for the total sum of the item returned excluding postage and package.


Returns
All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Cost of returning the items is the responsibility of the customer.
